Your payments will be made to The Cuddle Box which will show on your Credit Card Statement. We take credit card security very seriously and take great care whilst handling your payments. Credit Card details are taken via our secure server. They are encrypted at point of entry. The details are not in readable format at any time while travelling over the Internet. All on line payments are processed through Paypal.com and your card details are not handled by any member of staff at thecuddlebox.com. Credit Card payment is taken at the time your order is processed. Please check your e-mail for any messages from us about your order.
We will not sell or share your personal details with unrelated parties, partners or affiliates. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future. We will not send any marketing emails or forward your e-mail to another trader for marketing purposes. The type of information we will collect about you includes: * your name * address * phone number * email address * details required at the time of ordering to complete your personalised gift. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. Care should be taken when submitting your personalisation instructions. Please check all spellings and details thoroughly before submitting your order form. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear. If you wish to cancel or amend an order prior to work commencing we will make our best effort to do so. If work has already commenced then an extra charge for alterations may be incurred. You hereby agree to indemnify us in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter or any infringement of copyright, design, or any other proprietary or personal rights contained in any items personalised for you. We may decline any order for personalisation that we feel are offensive or illegal. We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that it is not a legitimate order.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, European Union residents have a right to cancel an order for any item purchased on this web site within seven days of receipt, without giving a reason, and to receive a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specifications.
We feel sure you will be delighted with your personalised gift, but if for any reasonable reason you are dissatisfied please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods we will be happy to replace them or refund your money. Please contact email@example.com
All goods are posted within 72 hours from order and will require a signature. If for any reason the order is delayed we will inform you. You will become responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you. If we use a third party carrier to deliver them, we shall be liable for damage or shortfall up to the point of delivery to you, provided that the damage or shortfall is notified to us or to the carrier within a reasonable time scale. If the goods have not been delivered at all you must notify us or the carrier. The Cuddle Box will not be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any other third party. The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. (This does not however affect the customer’s statutory rights).
The Cuddle Box only delivers in the United Kingdom.
The Cuddle Box is not responsible for any deliveries sent outside the UK, we will send your gift on your behalf with Royal Mail (International Recorded) and supply you with date of posting and your order tracking number. Current carriage charges are at cost.
